Everyone needs silence in their lives, and we want to help people appreciate the beauty and meaning of silence — and why silence helps us to lead healthier and happier lives. With your monthly pledge, you become a patron of our podcast. In other words, you become part of the team. We live in a noisy world, and too many people don’t understand how important silence is. It’s important for our mental and physical health. But it also is beautiful, and can open our hearts to a truly spiritual life. 

 Encountering Silence is funded entirely by patrons like you. Your pledge will help us to keep producing new episodes that can help more people discover the beauty and importance of silence.
